Disenroll Patient

Disenrolls a Patient from the Impilo platform. Depending on what values are provided, will generate a return for all devices associated with that Patient and/or archive the Patient.

Whether or not the patient to be disenrolled should also be archived.

Whether or not Returns should be placed for the patient to be disenrolled.
